After family? literatur | saloon meets GRK „Family Matters”
January 21, 2025, 1.15pm., Senate Hall (Senatssaal) in the LMU main building
Family as a place of longing as well as a battle cry is more present than ever. Also while facing climate change, many pose the question if new forms of life and relationship are able to overcome family. Together, we will take a look into the future – what comes after family?
In a coorperation workshop hosted by the literatur │ saloon and the graduate college "Family Matters", we aimed to investigate the utopian and dystopian potentials of family: Can new forms of binding and unbinding really overcome the concept of family?
